Refund, Exchange & Return Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

All Rebel State products are backed by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn, except for trying on
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• Returned with original tags attached
• Returned in original packaging
• Free of odors, stains, pet hair, makeup, or other signs of wear

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery through our Returns Portal powered by Redo.

Orders outside of the return window, or that otherwise do not meet the requirements of this policy, are not eligible for return or exchange and will not be accepted.

Items returned without first initiating a return through the Returns Portal will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@rebelstate.co and include clear photos of the issue.

For damaged or defective items reported outside of the 30-day window, claims may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Sizing

We strongly encourage customers to review our sizing charts and fit guides before placing an order.

Customer-selected sizing errors do not alter the terms of this return policy, including for items marked as Final Sale.

If your item does not fit as expected, we recommend using our free exchange option.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Once your exchange request is submitted through Redo, simply follow the instructions provided in the portal to return your item.

You may exchange your item for:

• A different size
• A different color (when available)
• Another eligible Rebel State product

If the replacement item has a higher price, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

Exchange orders are shipped using standard shipping.

Once an exchange order has been created, the shipping address cannot be modified.

Store Credit

Store credit is issued as a digital gift card and never expires.

Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on rebelstate.co.

Refunds

A $20 return processing fee will be deducted from all approved refund requests.

Customers who choose an exchange instead of a refund will not be charged any processing fee.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

International Returns & Exchanges

Rebel State does not cover the cost of international returns for exchanges, store credit, or refunds.

International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping label.

If an exchange is processed, international customers are also responsible for any shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges associated with the replacement order.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment when returning items internationally.

If you have not received a refund confirmation or exchange confirmation within 7 business days of your return being delivered, please contact us at info@rebelstate.co.

International refunds may take up to 21 business days to appear on your original payment method after the returned item has been received and approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final Sale items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom products
• Any item showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or misuse
• Any item returned without original tags attached

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• With original tags attached
• In original packaging

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
